Partnership/Sponsorship Opportunities

Partnering with us to make the 2012 Amazing Brides event a success offers a unique opportunity for your organization to connect with a wide population from various communities and attendees from around Georgia. As an all-volunteer effort, we are dedicating hundreds of hours to planning and preparation, believing that by doing so we can spread the word about the rethink breast cancer. We hope you will join us in supporting this cause! To include your organization’s name and logo in promotional materials, we need all partner information by Friday, July 14, 2012. Please let us know how you would like to be involved as soon as possible. Organization Partner* (Able to Provide Any of the Following) Amazing Brides demonstrates the power of passionate people uniting to do something positive. If your organization has similar goals, we welcome your participation in any way which is right for you:

Help publicize the event to your members and associates. Volunteer to help with decoration, publicity, or during the event. We have needs including graphic design, building and constructing signs, greeting, etc. Contact with local businesses or individuals who may wish to support the event financially, or by donating goods or services that we can use to raise additional money for Rethink Breast Cancer. Many other possibilities – we’re open to suggestions and look forward to working with you! *As an organization partner, your logo would be placed on event publicity advertisements going forward, as well as the website.

PROGRAM ADS / SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITITES

We invite you to participate in this year’s program even if you cannot attend the event. You may provide a message of support for anyone in the autism community or use it as a vehicle to advertise your business. Please email the message or advertisement to be published to info@amazingbrides2.com. All ads must be submitted no later than July 1st, 2012.

Full Page (8.5 X 6) - $75.

Half Page - $35.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITITES

Financial: Exclusive Partner Sponsor- $2,000

Includes 10 tickets, an additional $200 per ticket in funny money, recognition in all event promotional material, back cover of our program, recognition on our website, banner at event, inclusion on emailed newsletters through constant contact for 6 months and acknowledgement throughout the event from the MC.

Financial: Table Sponsor ($268, $398, $588 depending on table)       

Sponsor name and short message displayed at gaming table of your choice. Five complimentary event tickets. Placement of company logo and link on event’s official website. Placement of company logo and information at event in rotating announcements. Custom craftsman wood plaque at your gaming table with company/org name. $268 for Blackjack; $398 for Poker, Roulette, or $588 for Craps.

Financial: In-Kind Sponsor ($100 value)

Includes two tickets, an additional $100 per ticket in funny money, recognition on our website, acknowledgement during the event and a full-page ad in our program.

 General Admission for Couples - $30 if purchased online

General Admission Single Ticket - $15 if purchased online
